Galerie Transit is pleased to present old and new works by Jenny Watson, one of Australia’s leading artists. Watson is best known for her conceptual paintings which feature recurring self-portraits and alter egos. Exhibiting since the 1970s and inspired by feminism and punk, Watson continues to innovate in her paintings, intertwining autobiography and fiction to create a compelling fantasy world.

A new series of drawings, made recently on a Tokyo theatre poster, gets its first view in Mechelen.
